1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (tk 17) and its users. This agreement comes into effect the moment you begin using the tk 17 platform on any device. Whether you browse the website, download the app, or create an account — any one of these actions constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. tk 17 reserves the right to amend them at any time, and users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on tk 17, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Each user may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3 Betting Rules & Limits

All users must follow the platform's established rules when placing bets on tk 17. Each market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated on the platform.

If a match or event is cancelled, left incomplete, or has no result determined due to a technical issue — those bets will be voided and the stake refunded. tk 17 reserves the right to place any bet under review if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

• Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed, though a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• In live betting, odds may change at any moment.
• Tk 17 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Tk 17's decision is final in determining the outcome of any bet.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Deposits and withdrawals on tk 17 are made in Bangladeshi Taka. Transactions are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The mobile number and account name used for transactions must match your registered details.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our finance team.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 | Maximum deposit: ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 | Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds can only be withdrawn to an account in your own name.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, your account may be temporarily suspended.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tk 17 offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotions page. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 30x.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time frame — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Tk 17 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the tk 17 platform. These restrictions exist to ensure the fairness and safety of the platform. Any participation in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Participation in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors in the platform's system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Tk 17 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraud are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Tk 17 takes the protection of users' personal information very seriously. Any data you provide is used solely for account management, payment processing, and service improvement.

• Your information is never sold to third-party advertisers.
• We may be required to share information with authorities to comply with legal obligations.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
